The Grand Plan features Richard Victor, the founder of the Grandparents Rights Organization and co-creator of SMILE (Start Making it Livable for Everyone), a state and national nonprofit program for divorcing parents with minor children, designed to teach parents what to expect during divorce.

The first in the B.B. Series books, "You and Me Make Three" includes Parent Tips based on the SMILE Program. B.B. the Bear helps kids cope with divorce in this compassionate book and a soft, cuddly plush B.B. who is manufactured by Build-A-Bear Workshop can be purchased with "You and Me Make Three".
